The 2025 Summit on Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Business Management organizing committee and sponsors are fully responsible for registered delegates' round trip air tickets which will take participants from their countries of residence to the United States and back to their countries of residence after the conference.
However, delegates are responsible for their hotel booking in Oakland, California, United States. The event will be held at the OCC Conference Center, located at 500 12th St, Oakland, CA 94607, United States. The time frame of the hotel booking should be from Monday, October 6th 2025 - Friday, October 10th 2025. Delegates' hotel reservation receipt should be sent to the secretary, along with the filled registration forms and other supporting documents to confirm their participation and to facilitate the processing of their entitled traveling documents.
